Application technician

Production Operative - Full Time

Responsibilities: 

Perform a variety of handwork tasks to assist in the production of vehicle livery graphics and signage.
 
  • Cut, trim, and prepare vinyl materials according to job specifications and design requirements.
  • Assist in the assembly and application of vinyl graphics onto vehicles, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the production team in various tasks, including laminating, weeding, and finishing.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workbench area, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies to enhance production processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in handwork or manufacturing environments, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, with a positive attitude towards training and development.
  • Passion for craftsmanship and delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Experience in vehicle livery or signage manufacturing is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right individual.

Warehouse Operative - Full Time

Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries
  • Organising and maintaining stock levels
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organised
  • Assisting with loading and unloading materials
  • Supplying the production team with materials and stock movement
  • Regular stock-taking and following a FIFO process
  • Always following health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • No experience is required, but warehouse experience is preferable.
  • A willingness to learn is essential
  • Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
  • Open to training and developing new skills
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Attention to detail, consistency, and high levels of accuracy at all stages of stores and production

Manufacturing Operative - Cutting Machine/Flat-Bed Operator - Full Time

Responsibilities: 

  • Operate cutting machine, to accurately cut vinyl graphics and signage for vehicle livery projects.
  • Review job orders and specifications to ensure precise cutting according to client requirements.
  • Maintain and calibrate cutting equipment to optimize performance and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot any issues and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating CAD machine cutting beds or similar equipment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and digital cutting technology is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of vehicle livery and signage production processes is a plus.
